Job Description About the Role Aliee is seeking a passionate and skilled Pizza Chef to join our culinary team. This role is ideal for professionals who take pride in authentic Italian pizza-making and are eager to contribute to a high-quality, evolving culinary concept. Key Responsibilities Prepare, stretch, top, and bake Italian pizzas using traditional and/or contemporary techniques, ensuring consistency and high-quality standards Manage all aspects of dough production, including mixing, resting, fermentation, and storage, with a strong understanding of timing and temperature control Operate pizza ovens efficiently and safely, adjusting baking techniques to achieve optimal texture, flavor, and presentation Ensure all ingredients are prepared, stored, and used according to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper mise en place of the pizza section at all times Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy periods Support daily kitchen operations, including prep work and service coordination, in a fast-paced environment Assist in training and mentoring junior team members when required Contribute ideas for menu development, specials, and continuous improvement of pizza offerings Follow company policies, recipes, and standard operating procedures consistently Qualifications Key Requirements Italian nationality preferred Proven experience as a Pizza Chef in Italian cuisine Strong technical knowledge of dough preparation, fermentation, and oven baking techniques Ability to perform well under pressure in a dynamic kitchen environment Team-oriented, flexible, and motivated with a positive attitude Willingness to learn, grow, and develop within a professional, high-quality workplace Profile Both Senior Pizza Chefs and Junior / Section Chef profiles are welcome Ideal for candidates who are passionate about Italian cuisine and committed to culinary excellence Job-Category: Culinary Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
