JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable individual with hands-on experience in wood oven pizza making, particularly Neapolitan-style pizza like Margherita and other wood-fired creations. In addition to pizza making, you should have a broad skill set, including experience in other kitchen areas such as frying, grilling, and food prep.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in wood-fired pizza preparation, especially Neapolitan-style pizzas.
• Experience with frying, grilling, and working in other areas of the kitchen.
• Knowledge of kitchen safety, sanitation practices, and food handling procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Passion for quality food and a love for Greek and Italian cuisine.

• Prepare, cook, and serve high-quality wood-fired pizzas, including Neapolitan varieties (Margherita, etc.).
• Ensure consistency in pizza dough, toppings, and cooking techniques.
• Assist in other kitchen areas, including frying and grilling, ensuring quality and efficiency in every dish.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols.
• Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to meet customer orders in a timely manner.
