EXPERIENCED WOOD-FIRED PIZZA CHEF WANTED – HELP LAUNCH OUR NEW PIZZA DEPARTMENT!

We’re opening a new Greek restaurant and looking for an experienced wood oven pizza chef with line cooking experience to help us set up and run our brand-new pizza department.

HOURS:

  • Tuesday to Friday: 11:30 AM – 9:00 PM
  • Weekends (Saturday & Sunday): 11:00 AM – Late

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong experience with wood-fired ovens
  • Skilled in Neapolitan-style or artisanal pizza
  • Comfortable with line cooking during busy services
  • Able to design a pizza menu, manage prep, and set up the kitchen efficiently
  • Team player with leadership potential to run the pizza station

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the head chef/owner to launch the pizza department
  • Manage daily prep and maintain high food quality
  • Train and possibly lead additional staff for pizza production
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation
