As a Chef you will be working with the owners to put in place the necessary policies, procedures and structure to ensure the success of the business. Working with the Head Chef, you will be assisting in ensuring proper practice is enacted and followed, while working to budgets and targets. You will have menu input including pizza, specials, small plates and desserts.

You will be able to show that you are:

• Organised
• Detail oriented, and customer focused. Ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
• Capable and independent. You will have the freedom to write the menu and develop specials, ensuring that the kitchen is running smoothly at all times.
• Punctual and committed.

Ideally, you will have the following:

• Experience in a kitchen specialising in pizza.
• Experience in working with a wood fired pizza oven.
• An interest in using premium ingredients, organic where possible.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.50-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
