Pizza Geeks are searching for an experienced Pizza Chef to join the team in Leith. The right candidate will be kind, highly motivated, a HUGE fan of pizza and have their own and a passion for nerdy fun.
Working days will vary with a 40 hour working week. You must be available evenings and weekends.
Previous experience in a pizza making role is required. As a Pizza Geeks employee you will receive regular in-house training along with your individual progression plan.

• Preparation of ingredients
• Balling up
• Stretching and topping bases
• Oven work
• Prep lists
• General Kitchen duties
• Orders
• Training new starts
• be able to lead a busy service

All employees are expected to maintain the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness and product, ensuring all pizza is served the Pizza Geeks way.
Previous pizza experience is essential for this job. Candidates without experience will not be considered.
