Our Punk sourdough is prooved for 48 hours and hand stretched to order. Why are we different? We let our guests create their perfect combinations, choosing from over 50 quality toppings for no extra cost!
Where do you fit in? You will be responsible for assisting the head chef and kitchen team to deliver our amazing pizza with precise detail and explosive taste. You must be able to manage your section when the heat is turned up and the pressure piles on. You must be a natural born leader with all the fun and enthusiasm of a Grade ‘A’ PUNK.
We have sky high standards and you must be able to manage the operations whilst keeping the place gleaming like a shiny pin.

You must have the following skills:

• At least 1 year of chef experience within high volume kitchens.
• Ability to follow and enforce company legislation and hygiene standards
• An avid interest or relevant experience working with dough.
• The creativity and passion to produce high quality food

We’re looking for someone with all that stuff PLUS that little bit extra, that XY and Z factor. That spark that will make us spit out our coffee, raise our eyebrows and say HELL YEAH we want to work with you.

Pay: £10.00-£12.21 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
