ABOUT COKE LANE PIZZA

  • We have a new positions available for our new location at Priory Market in Tallaght!
  • Can you hand stretch dough? That’s all we need. We can teach the rest! Using the fire oven, cooking 6 pizzas at the same time, being part of a fast kitchen team. It will all be part of your training.
  • As pizza people we respect the traditions of authentic Neapolitan pizza. As Dubliners we reserve the right to do our thing our way - with generosity, invention and wit to create house specials that have become new classics.
  • We are a pizza business within two pubs in Dublin 8 and our newly opened market stall in Tallaght, trading 7 days a week in all three locations.
  • This role is for our newly opened shop in Tallaght.
  • Serving food from 11am to 9.30pm - (No crazy late nights).
  • Serving 7 nights a week.

  • Split shifts: either 11am - 6pm or 4pm - 10pm

Experience:

  • HACCP: 1 year (preferred)
  • Pizza Chef: 1 year (required
Responsibilities
  • The role is for 25-30h per week
  • Pizzaiolo / Pizza Chef able to hand stretch dough and use wood fire oven.
  • Produce a variety of dishes to the highest standards of preparation, production and presentation.
  • Ensuring all HACCP records and cleaning requirements are kept up to date.
  • Requirements
  • Dough handling experience.
  • Ideally has experience as a Neapolitan Pizza Chef, however, wood oven training can be given.
  • Produce high quality food and service. Make it nice or make it twice!
  • Be able to work under pressure and support each other as a team.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English essential.Package
  • Salary negotiable based on experience.
  • Flexible hours determined by a weekly roster. We try give everybody a weekend off once a month.
  • No late nights.
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
    Pay: €14.50-€16.00 per hour
