PETER is a group of independently run Italian pizzerias, dedicated to bringing you the most authentic Neapolitan pizza experience. Since our first pizzeria opened in 2013, we’ve been on a mission to restore the reputation of pizza with passion and precision. Our dough is crafted on-site daily, and each pizza base is hand-stretched to order. We use only the finest flour and ingredients, sourced from Italy and locally. Our fun, modern, and unique restaurant decor features eye-catching artwork, exposed brickwork, and upcycled furniture – a place that leaves a lasting impression.

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Pizza Chefs to join our new location in Nottingham City Centre. If you have kitchen experience, a passion for pizza, and hold a Food Hygiene Level 2 certification or higher, we want to hear from you!
