At least 1-2 years of demonstrated experience as a Pizzaiolo / Pizza Chef
Dough making, pasta and pizza making, prep tasks, cleaning.
Experience in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment is desirable
Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
Understanding food safety standards
Provide excellent customer service and drive sales
Deliver high quality food preparation & knowledge of pizza oven operation
Attending customers, taking their orders (personally and on phone)
Managing deliveries
Assist with restocking and replenishment of product and supplies as required
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
