ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking to recruit a new Pizza Chef to join our fantastic kitchen team at Fratelli Roe Valley.
This is a very busy and demanding role so experience working in a high volume restaurant/kitchen is preferred. Are you a passionate Pizza Chef? If so we would love to hear from you!

THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION INCLUDE;

• The preparation of local fresh produce and cooking of various cuisines to a very high standard.
• Running the pizza section and taking responsibility for all dishes in your section ensuring consistent presentation every time.
• Working within a team to ensure high standards are consistently met ensuring all meals are delivered on time.
• Manage food standards and quality across all stages of food preparation and production ensuring high standards are consistently met.
• Working alongside the Head Chef and team to create and develop daily and weekly specials.
• Ensuring minimum wastage and implementing new ideas for reducing wastage.
• Working within and maintaining all associated Health, Safety, and Hygiene guidelines/procedures while working.
• Comply with company food safety policies and legislation.
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness at all times and making sure your personal appearance and uniform is in line with the required hotel standards at all times.
