REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ years of previous experience in a similar environment
  • Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Food Safety Certification
  • Physically capable to stand for an extended period, frequent reaching and bending during food preparations, able to lift and carry up to 24kg/50lbs.
  • Must be available evening, weekends, and holidays.
  • Experience in Italian and Spanish cuisine is an asset but not necessary.
Responsibilities
  • Food preparation and presentation, ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Guest service remains a priority, and issues are dealt with in a professional a timely manner.
  • Effectively communicate to the Executive Chef and Sous Chef for smooth operations.
  • Ensure Health and safety guidelines and quality control are followed according to sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
