We are a small, family run and independent Pizzeria. We are based in Battersea (SW11). We are looking for full-time experienced pizzaiolo to join our team.
WEEKEND AND EVENING WORK IS ESSENTIAL. An ideal candidate would be someone that has an experience of working in high paced environment and in making Neapolitan Sourdough-style pizza. Good understanding and following of food hygiene and health and safety procedures is a must. A good understanding of spoken and written English is also required. Battersea has a gas/wood fired oven. Experience is essential.
Evening shifts regularly finish at 11.00pm and pizza chefs will be expected to clean their areas as well as help other staff with their duties. You may sometimes work alone on quieter days and with other pizzaiolos on busier days. Support and help will also be provided by other staff to assist pizza chefs. We are small and are a team that works together for the greater benefit of the business.
