The Sycamore is a family run Café, bar and restaurant on West Parade. We pride ourselves on being part of the community and strive to use locally sourced produce. We are looking to recruit an experienced, passionate and dedicated pizza chef.
Rate of pay upon discussion depending on experience

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience of working in a professional kitchen is essential. No formal qualifications required.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced kitchen, with high standards of presentation
• Outstanding communication skills is essential
• Can work alone or as part of a team
• Previous experience as a pizza chef is required.

• Keep the kitchen to a high standard including excellent food presentation
• Manage and maintain all H&S systems and procedures
• Help to minimise wastage
• Control of stock rotation and assist with ordering
• Communicating with front of house
