OVERVIEW

Wheelhouse Brewing Company is a thriving waterfront brewery and community hub in the vibrant and rapidly growing port city of Prince Rupert, BC. We’re looking for an experienced Pizza Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team full-time. The ideal candidate will bring creativity and expertise in food preparation, with a focus on delivering high-quality pizzas and complementary menu items that pair with our craft beers.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pizza Chef in a commercial kitchen
  • Proven experience in professional kitchens, with strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food handling, and meal preparation
  • Familiarity with restaurant operations and kitchen management practices
  • Ability to lead, train, and mentor staff effectively
  • Strong organizational and communication skills for coordinating kitchen operations
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards, with commitment to health regulations
  • Passion for hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences for guests
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: $22.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 40 per week
