We’re looking for energetic, dependable team members to join our pizza kitchen as a Pizza Line Cook / Pizza Maker. Whether you already have pizza experience or you’re eager to learn, we’ll train the right person on dough stretching, pizza building, oven execution, and the fast-paced rhythm of our kitchen. WHAT YOU WILL DO Hand-stretch dough, build pizzas, and manage oven execution Build pizzas with proper portioning, toppings, and presentation standards Operate and manage oven cooking times for consistent quality Work the pizza stations efficiently during busy lunch and dinner service Prep ingredients, including cheeses, sauces, toppings, proteins, and garnishes Maintain station cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards Communicate clearly with the kitchen team to ensure accurate ticket times Support prep and closing/opening duties as needed Learn kitchen systems and help maintain smooth service flow WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Previous pizza cook, line cook, or kitchen experience preferred Experience in a scratch kitchen environment is a plus Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency Dependable attendance and punctuality Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 50 lbs SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS Days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Weekend availability is required Flexible schedule preferred COMPENSATION & BENEFITS $16.00 – $18.00 per hour based on experience Flexible scheduling Employee dining discounts Ongoing training and development Growth opportunities within the company WHY JOIN HEARTH?
