Description Pizza Cook; Core responsibilities to include: Preparation of ingredients (chopping/slicing; sauce prep.) Timely assembly FOLLOWING RECIPES Cleaning and maintaining the pizza ovens and prep area daily Monitoring ingredient freshness; communicating inventory needs to the Chef Requirements This is a PM position; anticipating 2:00pm - 10:00 pm Schedule will include weekends and (most) holidays Full-time hours available Position will require standing and lifting up to #50 Position will be in the Kitchen in, at times, a warm environment
Responsibilities
The Pizza Cook is responsible for preparing ingredients, assembling pizzas according to recipes, and maintaining the cleanliness of ovens and prep areas. They must also monitor ingredient freshness and communicate inventory needs to the Chef.
