Schedule Details * Shifts vary between 7:00 a.m. till 9:15 p.m. * Morning, Mid- Days, Evenings, Weekends, and General Holidays Required Here are some of the perks we offer * Free Lunch with most shifts * Yearly bonus * Health Benefits for full time employees * Opportunities to learn and grow * Onsite Parking * Flexible work schedule What You'll Be Doing  * Prioritize providing exceptional customer service to deliver a positive customer experience thereby cultivating a positive reputation for the company and fostering customer loyalty. * Maintain pizza preparation and serving areas according to all safe and sanitary food-handling practices. * Seasoning and preparing high-quality pizzas according to company recipes. * Using personal judgement and experience in testing pizzas to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently, using methods such as tasting, smelling, or piercing them with utensils. * Garnishing, portioning, plating, serving, or packaging pizzas accordingly. * Monitoring the temperature of the pizza ovens as well as cooking times. * Washing, peeling, and cutting meats, cheeses, fruits, and vegetables to prepare them for pizzas. * Managing all food order slips and ensuring that customers’ orders are completed in a timely manner. * Ensuring that all utensils and cooking equipment are sterilized before and after each use. * Monitoring and estimating inventory and placing orders for more supplies as needed. * Assist supervisor in planning and pricing current and future menu items. * Disposing of expired or spoiled ingredients and recording as Shrink at the end of each shift. * Representing ICS both in and out of the store. * Adheres to all food safety protocols, standard operating procedures, health and safety policies, and other programs and initiatives. * Other duties as required. We are willing to train the right candidate, but most successful candidates have these: * High School or GED from an accredited school system or program is preferred.  * A minimum of one year experience in a Cook role Skills and Abilities * Excellent listening skills and communication skills, both verbally and written. * Ability to work under pressure while always maintaining a professional image. * Can work independently with little direct supervision. * Having a well-balanced concern for both tasks and people. * Having a genuine concern for the needs of customers. Working conditions  * Required to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. * Required at times to work with challenging customers and/or situations. * Exposed to hot and cool environments. * Exposed to pizza ovens and stoves. Physical requirements  * Long periods of standing and walking. * Frequent motions include bending, twisting, squatting, pushing, pulling, and reaching. * Manual and repetitive tasks. * On occasion, you may be required to lift up to 22.5 kg (50 lbs).
