Job Description Do you take pride in crafting authentic, artisan-style pizza from scratch? This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity and precision while growing your culinary career in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The Day-to-Day Prepare authentic, handmade artisan pizzas while upholding O&B’s exceptional quality standards. Contribute to the development of innovative and creative pizza menu offerings for our guests. Support the Sous Chef, Chef, and/or General Manager with daily kitchen operations. Follow established recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications. Apply the FIFO method to maintain freshness and reduce waste. Assist with food inventory management, receiving, and proper storage of deliveries. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to all food safety, sanitation, and health standards. Perform other duties as assigned or required. Qualifications Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment; prior pizza-making or Italian cuisine experience is an asset. Strong understanding of dough preparation, stretching. Demonstrated commitment to quality, consistency, and presentation. Excellent teamwork and communication skills with a positive, professional attitude. Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure. Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Culinary training or certification is an asset but not required — passion and skill are what matter most!
