JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Counter Attendant to join our team.   • Handle cash transactions with accuracy and adhere to cash handling procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area, adhering to sanitation guidelines.
  • Assist in upselling menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Monitor food safety practices during food preparation and service to ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and communication regarding orders.
  • Manage time effectively during busy periods to meet customer demands without compromising quality.
