You take ownership of our Pizza & Salumeria station and make sure quality, flavour and presentation are always on point. You prepare our pizza dough fresh every day – from the perfect mix to the ideal fermentation for authentic Neapolitan pizza. You prepare sauces, toppings and ingredients daily while keeping a close eye on freshness and quality. You stretch, top and bake pizzas with passion, making sure every pizza comes out of the oven perfectly crisp and beautifully finished. You lead the team at your station, coordinate with the kitchen during service and share your pizza knowledge with junior team members. Qualifications Your personality count more than your CV... You have a passion for pizza, great ingredients and authentic kitchen craftsmanship You’ve gained some experience in gastronomy – with pizza or Italian cuisine. You stay cool and focused, even when the kitchen gets busy during service. You’re a hands-on team player who enjoys working together and supporting the crew. You’re curious, open-minded and excited to be part of a lively and creative kitchen environment.
