• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Experience with food preparation and serving is advantageous.

• Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards to ensure quality and consistency.
• Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for processing customer transactions efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, kitchen equipment, and dining spaces in compliance with health regulations.
• Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the safe handling of all food products.
