We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Pizza Maker to join our kitchen team! If you have a love for hand-crafted pizzas, fresh ingredients, and creating amazing customer experiences, we want to meet you.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of experience as a pizza maker in a high-volume pizzeria or restaurant
• Strong understanding of pizza dough handling, proofing, and baking techniques
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Team player with excellent communication and time-management skills
• Food handler’s certification (or willing to obtain)

• Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas using traditional and modern recipes
• Hand-stretch dough, apply sauces, and assemble toppings with precision and care
• Operate and maintain gas pizza ovens
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
• Ensure consistency and quality in every pizza
• Assist with prep work, inventory, and kitchen organization as needed
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
