OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pizza Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our guests in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Pizza Maker, you will be responsible for preparing delicious pizzas according to Fresh Slice Standards and ensuring that all food safety protocols are met while maintaining a clean and organized environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting preferred, particularly in food preparation or cooking roles.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques is essential.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and provide exceptional service to our guests.
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
  • A passion for the food industry and a desire to create exceptional dining experiences for customers.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook pizza, sauces, and toppings according to established recipes and standards.
  • Operate equipments such as ovens, pizza cutters and veggie slicers safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain clean environment, including workstations, utensils, and equipment.
  • Assist with meal preparation for other menu items as needed.
  • Be able to handle cash registers efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
  • Help train new staff on food preparation techniques and safety practices.
  • Must follow 5 steps Fresh slice policy.
  • Must follow all health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
