JOB REQUIREMENTS – PIZZA MAKER

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Pizza Maker in an authentic Italian restaurant in Dubai, specializing in Neapolitan-style pizza.
• Solid understanding of Italian cuisine, particularly pizza preparation and traditional baking techniques.
• Proven ability to prepare dough from scratch (including BIGA Dough) and manage a variety of fresh toppings.
• Skilled in operating traditional wood-fired pizza ovens as well as rotation ovens.
• Strong commitment to cleanliness, hygiene, and kitchen safety standards.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
