Job Description/Overview

• Assisting the Head Chef with the various prep and site maintenance duties
• Portion and inventory control
• Quality assurance of food
• Assists Head Chef with managing daily operations and enhancing the guests’ experience
• Training and development of kitchen staff
• Prep daily ingredients for service
• Undertakes basic cooking duties including stretch, sauce/top and oven
• Maintains a clean and orderly kitchen
• Rotating dough shift w/ Head Chef
• Accepts/Puts away weekly orders

This position is full-time or part-time, with a semi-set schedule that allows for flexibility. Full-time will work 5 days, and typically 40 hours per week. 1 year pizza making experience preferred.
