Shovelhead Pizza is looking for a pizzaiolo to join our team.
The position requires a minimum of 1 years of pizza making in fast paced environment. Familiarity with the wood fire oven is highly beneficial.
The pizzaiolo will carry out the following duties:
-Making the dough, weighting and rolling the doughballs.
-Hand stretching the dough, putting toppings and shovelling pizza in and out of the oven.
-providing portion control.
- implementing and adhering to the company standards and policies.
-Helping with the necessary prep as needed.
- Following all the HACCP guidelines and keeping up with all the necessary paperwork.
There will be room for advancement for the right candidate.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: €13.60-€15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
