OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated, experienced kitchen professional to join our team of Nerds. The right candidate will possess the same obsessive attention to detail that matches what we put into our pizza-making process. We are looking for someone who understands efficiency when operating a line; someone who can positively motivate the team and lead in a way that garners results while fostering a fun work environment. Pizza experience is an asset, not a requirement. If you are a conscientious, high integrity person with strong leadership skills and an openness to learn we would be pleased to set up an interview.

EXPERIENCE

• Several years experience working a line
• Supervisor/management experience
• High volume restaurant experience
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 35 – 44 per week

• Working / leading a line of 3-7 cooks
• Ensuring product is going out in a timely manner while maintaining high quality standards
• Maintain inventory control, ensuring proper stock levels of ingredients and supplies
• Communicate effectively with all departments (prep/line/foh/ownership)
• Create schedules
• Respond to customer inquiries
• Conduct interviews / vet candidates
