This isn’t “just making pizza.” It’s running your own station in a hotel kitchen. BEFORE YOU ARRIVE This role is based in Greece. You relocate for the season. You live where others go on holiday. Your accommodation is already arranged. Meals are included. Your seasonal EU contract is prepared. No apartment hunting. No daily food budgeting. You arrive ready to work — and focus on your craft. YOUR ROLE IN THE KITCHEN You are responsible for the pizza station. That means: Dough preparation Sauce preparation Ingredient setup Stretching, topping, baking You work independently. You understand timing. You understand oven control. You understand consistency. This is not a beginner position. WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE You prepare dough from scratch. You manage your mise en place. You bake pizzas during service — efficiently and consistently. You ensure hygiene standards are followed. You coordinate with the main kitchen team during busy hours. Your station must run smoothly. Guests may not see you — but they taste your work.
