Roberts Street Pizza is a fast-paced, community-loved pizza shop serving handmade pizzas with fresh, quality ingredients since 1998. We’re looking for someone motivated, reliable, and ready to grow into a leadership role as part of our expanding team.
Position Overview

We’re hiring a flexible Pizza Team Member who can jump into multiple roles as needed. The right person will:

• Assist with prep on weekends (ingredients, toppings, stock)
• Help with cooking and service after prep is complete
• Take on closing shifts when not scheduled for prep
• Ensure product is going out properly and up to our quality standards
• Grow into a supervisory/leadership role with training and experience

We can offer up to 5 days per week to the right individual.

What We’re Looking For

• Open availability — must be willing to work both early prep shifts and closing shifts
• 1 year kitchen experience preferred (pizza or restaurant experience an asset)
• Bonus: valid driver’s license and vehicle (not required, but during training we’d like candidates with a license to do a couple shifts at our Chemainus and Lake Cowichan stores for cross-training — a great chance to get to know the teams as well)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Dependable, motivated, and interested in moving into a leadership role
