Job Title: Pizzaiolo (Pizza Chef)
Reports To: Executive Chef / Kitchen Manager
Location: Farina – Rio Grande Valley

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Pizzaiolo is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting pizzas to Farina’s high standards. This role requires expertise in pizza dough handling, topping preparation, and oven management, as well as a commitment to quality, consistency, and teamwork.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience as a Pizzaiolo, Line Cook, or in a similar kitchen role preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of pizza preparation, oven management, and cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
  • Team-oriented with good communication skills.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment.
