JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pizzaio lo to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment. As a Pizzaiolo, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking pizzas, ensuring that all food safety standards are met while providing exceptional service to our customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in the pizza industry, particularly in wood fired pizza , Neapolitan preferre
  • Strong culinary skills with knowledge of cooking techniques, food handling, and safety practices.
  • Experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is a plus.
  • Ability to plan menus creatively while considering dietary restrictions and preferences.
  • Proficient knife skills and experience with meal preparation are essential.
  • Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen setting.
