Overview The DCDP (Pizzaiolo) is responsible for preparing authentic pizzas while maintaining quality, consistency, and kitchen standards. The role requires hands-on experience in Neapolitan-style and sourdough pizza preparation, dough handling, baking techniques, and kitchen operations. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and bake pizzas as per company recipes and standards. • Handle dough preparation, fermentation, and pizza assembly. • Maintain food quality, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness. • Monitor ingredient quality and stock availability. • Support kitchen operations and coordinate with team members. • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. Requirements Qualifications • Minimum 12th Pass. • Basic English and Hindi communication skills required. Experience • Minimum 6 months of experience in Neapolitan-style or Sourdough Pizza preparation. • Prior experience as DCDP, Commis, Pizza Maker, or Pizzaiolo preferred.
