We’re looking for an experienced pizzaiolo to join the kitchen at Leopard Pie Tower Bridge. This role reports directly to our Head Chef and is perfect for a pizza chef who can bring skill, consistency, and leadership energy to every shift.

• Deliver perfect Neapolitan pizzas at high volume
• Training and supporting junior/Trainee pizzaiolos
• Prepping dough and ingredients to our exacting Leopard Pie standards
• Helping run a smooth, efficient service in partnership with the Head Chef
• Keeping the kitchen clean, safe, and well-organised at all times
