REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a pizza maker
• Proven skills with a wood-fired oven
• Strong knowledge of dough preparation, management, and contemporary pizza making
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, resistant to stress
• Experience with kitchen preparations
• Knowledge and compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
• Flexibility, motivation, and team spirit
