Our cozy and welcoming restaurant attracts the loveliest guests, and we are continuously growing. We typically average 60 covers during the week and about 120 covers during busy weekends. As Pizzaiolo your Responsibilities will be:

• Preparing our delicious Neapolitan pizza, maintaining our standards
• Making the dough daily and adjusting it to the daily requirements
• Daily and weekly preparations of the ingredients
• You will be responsible for the mise en place (we cook and prepare everything ourselves)
• You will follow and adhere to HACCP standards at all time
• You will monitor the inventory and you will keep a record of the ingredients for the orders
• Preparing the food orders on time
• Maintaining always a clean and organized workstation and environment
• You will also have the chance to be involved in menu development and add your unique touch to our pizzas!

Available full-time with flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and some public holidays.

Requirements:

• You have at least two years of experience in crafting Neapolitan Pizza
• You have knowledge of the Italian cuisine and its ingredients
• We cook everything ourselves! So you are someone who cares about ingredients and how to enhance their flavor.
• You demonstrate knowledge of proper food handling procedures.
• You enjoy working in a bustling and fast-paced environment.
• You always strive to better yourself and your skills - never not learning!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to handle stress effectively.
• The ability to work in a team.
• You speak English and/or Italian.
• Availability to work on weekend evenings is MUST.
• Reside in Amsterdam or the surrounding areas.
• You always present yourself respectably
• You are registered AND live in the Netherlands and you have a BSN number
