About the Role As the Practice & People Leader, your primary focus is supporting the well-being, engagement, and productivity of our clinical and client services teams. You’ll work closely with leadership to foster a culture of positivity, kindness, and teamwork, while also ensuring operational and performance targets are met. This role works to clearly defined KPIs, and you will be responsible for monitoring, supporting, and reporting on KPI performance across both the Practitioner and Administration teams, ensuring all team members are supported to meet their individual and clinic-wide goals. What We’re Looking For To be considered for this position, you’ll ideally have several years of experience in an HR/Admin role or leading a team of 20+, with demonstrated people management experience.
