Role Overview The Head of Fleet Sales is responsible for developing and executing the fleet sales strategy in Poland, driving growth in the corporate and fleet customer segment. The role focuses on building strong relationships with key accounts, leasing companies, and the dealer network while ensuring the achievement of fleet sales targets. The position also includes building and leading a team of Key Account Managers responsible for corporate fleet customers. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the fleet sales strategy for the Polish market. Build and manage relationships with key fleet customers, leasing companies, and fleet management partners. Negotiate fleet agreements and manage major corporate accounts. Build, lead, and develop a team of Key Account Managers responsible for corporate fleet sales. Support and coordinate fleet sales activities within the dealer network. Manage fleet sales pipeline, forecasting, and performance reporting. Develop competitive fleet offers including pricing, financing, and service packages. Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the fleet segment. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably in fleet or corporate sales. Proven experience in managing key accounts and leading sales teams. Strong relationships with fleet customers and leasing companies. Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinking and strong commercial mindset. Fluent Polish and English.
Responsibilities
