We have an exciting opportunity for a Placemaking Regeneration Support Officer to join the Economic Development & Town Centres Team supporting a range of projects making a difference to Medway’s town centres and communities. As part of this role, you will be collaborating with passionate local people and supporting projects that make people proud of where they live, work and visit.
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual keen to make a difference in Medway, with experience of working in a team and with the general public. Communication skills will be key, alongside general administrative skills such as IT, planning workload, prioritisation etc.
Experience or understanding of supporting projects is essential, and knowledge of Medway’s town centres would also be beneficial to the role. Medway’s rich heritage is a key focus for regeneration, and this role will also work closely with the Heritage Team and heritage focused projects.
