ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who brings both experience and a strong personal approach to supporting our learners. Ideally, you’ll have experience of working within a customer-focused environment and liaising with employers on a regular basis. Your understanding of how childcare and health environments function will allow you to work closely with employers to secure placements that are safe, relevant, and rewarding for our students.
You’ll have a clear understanding of the needs of students in the workplace and how to support them effectively throughout their placement journey. Strong organisation, time management and teamworking skills are essential, as you’ll be coordinating multiple placements while working closely with tutors, students and external partners.
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – are key, as you’ll be guiding our students, briefing employers and handling a range of enquiries. Your approachable and professional manner will help you build trust and rapport, while your empathy for our students will ensure they feel supported and encouraged throughout their experience. You’ll also be expected to always maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest standards in everything you do.
