About the roles:
Employment Plus is seeking to recruit passionate and team focused individuals to join our Workforce Australia Claims team based at our National Office.

Our Claims and Outcomes Consultants will contribute to the success of Employment Plus by:

  • Ensuring accurate verification and compliance checks are completed for claims and wage subsidies across multiple employment programs
  • Raise claims within the Workforce Australia Online for Providers system in accordance with guidelines and timeframes
  • Manage evidence requirements in support of claims and wage subsidies
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with employers that receive wage subsidies once cross training is provided.

Who you are:
You’re someone with a passion for helping people, that enjoys supporting our participants and employers in achieving their goals. A team player with an easy engaging style and a passion for learning. You like the idea of developing your career in our employment business.
Ideally you have experience in employment services, preferably JobActive and/or Workforce Australia contract. Exposure to outcomes and wage subsidies and operating systems ECSN, ESS & WFAOP. However just as important is your enthusiasm for learning as excellent training will be provided.
You will bring excellent communication and solid Office 365 skills. Demonstrated numeracy skills and enjoy working in a team environment is also important.
