We’re seeking a Claims Team Leader to guide our dedicated Claims Consultants in delivering high-quality, compliance-driven outcomes and wage subsidy services. What you’ll be doing: Lead, support and develop a team of Claims & Wage Subsidy Consultants Drive performance in processing outcome claims and wage subsidies across multiple contracts Monitor KPIs, maintain compliance and financial targets Provide guidance and support to ensure claims align with government and internal guidelines Work closely with regional and site leadership to ensure consistent and collaborative service delivery Maintain accurate records across systems and ensure timely reporting Champion a culture of continuous improvement and excellence Who we’re looking for: Proven leadership experience in a performance and compliance-driven environment Background in Employment Services or government-funded programs preferred Strong knowledge of wage subsidies, outcome claims, and Department of Employment (DoE) systems High attention to detail, organisation and stakeholder communication Ability to mentor, motivate and hold others accountable to high standards Comfortable working with targets, deadlines, and evolving priorities Resilience, empathy and a positive, solutions-focused mindset Why work with us?
