REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HVAC, Business, or combination of both
  • Minimum 3 years Commercial HVAC PM or Estimating experience in lieu of degree
  • Proficiency Estimating VRF, Hydronic, and Air Distribution products is a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good computer skills and common software literacy
  • Efficient with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid critical thinking, problem-solving and planning skills
  • High level of personal accountability; sense of urgency and self-initiative is a must
  • Highly motivated self-starter, able to work without continuous direction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience or knowledge of working with HVAC contractors

Responsibilities
  • Generate HVAC equipment proposals for all engineered projects
  • Generate submittal packages, equipment selections, specifications, and any other information required to facilitate sales.
  • Be proficient on all CGL product offerings to maximize opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal product groups and outside vendors to bundle equipment
  • Establish and maintain good relations with customers by providing prompt and courteous service for all customers including walk-in, telephone calls, and email requests
  • Establish and maintain good relations with outside sales team on all quotes and order information to maximize closing opportunities and provide a good customer experience.
  • Search online plan rooms for new quoting opportunities
  • Maintain and update project quote files
  • Track and Follow-Up on all quotes to increase closing opportunities
  • Follow-through on orders from input to delivery to ensure a positive customer experience
