You’ll work closely with either an Operations Manager or the Head of Purchases, overseeing the entire purchase lifecycle for employees worldwide. This includes everything from enrolment and contribution management to the final share purchase. But that’s not all! Here, you’ll also focus on optimizing the experience for our EquatePlus/Shareworks clients, collaborating with the Operations Manager – Purchases to create efficient and streamlined processes for their upgraded service.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Share Purchase Journey: You’ll meticulously oversee every step of the share purchase process for employees worldwide, from enrolment and contributions to final purchases, ensuring we meet agreed-upon deadlines.
  • Ensure Secure Contributions: You’ll play a key role in securely collecting and managing employee contributions, adhering to all relevant regulations (FCA’s CASS rules).
  • Streamline EquatePlus/Shareworks Processes: Partnering with the Operations Manager, you’ll help build and refine efficient processes specifically for our upgraded EquatePlus & Shareworks services.
  • Become a Share Purchase Expert: Develop in-depth knowledge of share purchases, creating clear documentation and providing expert advice to colleagues and clients.
  • Keep Everyone Informed: You’ll be responsible for providing regular updates on purchase activity to clients, senior management, and stakeholders.
  • Resolve Customer Inquiries: As the share purchase lifecycle expert, you’ll tackle complex customer queries and system issues, delivering exceptional service throughout the process.
