Join Mars Inc. as a Plan-to-Fulfill Reporting & Analytics Analyst and play a pivotal role in our global transformation program. • Serve as a global expert on Mars reporting and analytics solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Own the end-to-end functional design for Plan-to-Fulfill reporting and analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with segment and Enterprise teams on reporting and analytics design and deployment decisions.
• Drive consistency and standardization in reporting by engaging with Plan-to-Fulfill process owners to catalog reporting requirements.
• Educate business stakeholders on self-service reporting capabilities and promote user adoption.
• Partner with technical teams to align data model objects with appropriate technical objects in SAP.
• Define and maintain source catalogs, data dictionaries, and transformation logic for sustainability data objects.
• Contribute to the definition of reconciliation controls to ensure alignment between transactional source and target reporting systems.
