Description

Implement and configure Planview solutions (Enterprise One, Portfolios, etc.) based on client requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business needs and translate them into system functionalities. Customize dashboards, reports, workflows, and integrations within Planview. Provide training and support to end-users and administrators. Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Support data migration and integration with other enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Jira, ServiceNow). Develop documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides. Stay updated on Planview product updates and best practices. Assist in change management and adoption strategies for Planview implementations. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field. 5+ years of experience working with Planview products (Enterprise One, Portfolios, etc.). Strong understanding of project portfolio management (PPM) principles. Experience in configuring Planview modules, workflows, and reporting tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Certification in Planview or related PPM tools is a plus. Experience in consulting or client-facing roles is preferred.
