JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled moulder operator / Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining , setting up and sharpening knives for the moulder, and ensuring that operations run smoothly. This role requires a strong background in mechanical skills.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Good attitude .
• Experience working in a warehouse environment is beneficial.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.
• Setting up the moulder
• Sharpening knives & bandsaw blades
• Feed the moulder if needed
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot mechanical problems.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities performed.
• Assist in the setup and installation of new equipment.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
