• Provide leadership and direction to ensure safe, efficient and productive planer mill operations
• Oversee production performance by managing volume, yield, uptime, and product quality while enforcing safety standards and company policies
• Monitor equipment and resources, coordinating with maintenance and other departments to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
• Prepare and review production reports, ensuring accurate documentation of shift results, labor and operational performance
• Drive continuous improvement by recommending process changes, supporting employee training, and promoting a culture of safety and quality
