Utveckla och underhålla omfattande projektscheman för läkemedels-, life science- och industriverksamheter Samarbeta med tvärfunktionella team för att samla in krav och anpassa scheman till övergripande affärsmål Använda avancerade planerings- och schemaläggningsverktyg för att optimera resursallokering och minimera stilleståndstid Övervaka projektförloppet, identifiera potentiella flaskhalsar och genomföra korrigerande åtgärder Analysera schemaläggningsdata för att identifiera trender och möjligheter till processförbättringar Säkerställa efterlevnad av branschregler och företagspolicyer i alla schemaläggningsaktiviteter Förbereda och presentera regelbundna rapporter om schemaprestanda och resursutnyttjande Samordna med leverantörer och externa partner för att anpassa scheman och hantera beroenden Kontinuerligt uppdatera och förfina scheman baserat på förändrade prioriteringar och resurstillgång Kravspecifikation Kandidatexamen i teknik, företagsekonomi eller ett relaterat område Dokumenterad erfarenhet av planering och schemaläggning, helst inom läkemedels-, life science- eller industrisektorn Kunskaper i programvara för projektledning, ERP-system och Microsoft Office Suite, särskilt Excel Goda kunskaper om schemaläggningsverktyg och programvara för resursallokering Utmärkta analytiska och problemlösande färdigheter med ett öga för detaljer Förmåga att hantera flera projekt samtidigt och prioritera på ett effektivt sätt God kommunikationsförmåga och interpersonell kompetens för att samarbeta med olika team Djupgående förståelse för farmaceutiska, biovetenskapliga eller industriella processer Kännedom om regulatoriska krav inom relevanta branscher Certifiering som Project Management Professional (PMP) är önskvärt Förmåga att arbeta under press och hålla snäva tidsfrister i en miljö där tempot är högt Anpassningsförmåga till förändrade prioriteringar och resurstillgång Flytande engelska; kunskaper i svenska eller andra skandinaviska språk är en fördel Ytterligare information Our people share our Purpose and Values.
