Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’re hiring an Event Planner & Corporate Concierge who thrives in fast-paced environments and can think three steps ahead. Someone who knows how to anticipate, organize, and deliver flawless projects. You’ll be a key player in our client service team, orchestrating end-to-end event planning, from sourcing venues to managing on-site logistics, as well as a mix of concierge requests.
This is a challenging and versatile position that requires initiative, rigor, resourcefulness, and a genuine passion for doing things well.

Tasks include:

  • Preparing tailored proposals and budgets;
  • Managing timelines and project plans;
  • Sourcing and selecting venues, conducting site visits;
  • Negotiating contracts with hotels and suppliers;
  • Managing accommodation, registration, and welcome process;
  • Developing event themes and creative concepts;
  • Liaising with vendors for transportation, catering, décor, entertainment, AV, etc.;
  • Composing menus and coordinating food and beverage functions;
  • Providing on-site support during events;
  • Managing follow-ups, reconciliations, and post-event wrap-ups
