Description

We are looking for a caring, positive and enthusiastic health care support worker with good communication and record keeping skills to work within the planned care team in all Claire House settings; Wirral Hospice, Liverpool Hospice and the community setting. We are looking for a compassionate, professional, motivated and friendly individual, able to provide support and build positive relationships with CYP and families.
We are looking for a range of experience and knowledge within clinical care, therapeutic support and with a knowledge of safeguarding. The role involves supporting the planning of sessions/groups, providing clinical care to a variety of CYP in a variety of settings, providing day-care sessions, lone working and facilitating groups and events for CYP and families.
This role is full-time with an expectation to work shifts flexibly over a 7-day period.
Key skills for this job include: Experience working with children/young people and families, clinical care experience, good communication and organisational skills. Good IT skills and a car driver is essential.
