Location: Southwest (Hybrid) Salary: £46,449.00 - £57,284.00 per annum Hours: 36 hours per week Contract Type: Permanent This is a great opportunity to join our team - Employer of the Year Housing Heroes awards 2025 We’re seeking an experienced Planned Investment Manager/Surveyor to lead delivery of Clarion’s Planned Asset Investment Programme. Working with our Tier 1 partnering contractor, you’ll deliver a programme of works primarily across the Southwest You’ll be responsible for developing, validating, and delivering the planned programme within a defined area, ensuring a strategic and value-for-money approach. You’ll work closely with internal teams and residents, providing clear updates on plans, progress, and outcomes, and ensuring alignment with Property Services and Asset Strategy. In partnership with contractors, you’ll undertake stock condition surveys to inform programme scope and carry out site inspections before, during, and after works to ensure quality, compliance, and commercial control, including monthly valuations. You’ll have proven experience delivering planned investment programmes, strong contract management skills, and a solid understanding of relevant legislative and regulatory requirements. Strong commercial experience is essential, including budget control, forecasting, and risk management.
